LAFCO MISSION STATEMENT

- LAFCO is a collective of multi-talented individuals producing cutting edge work
in film and music.

- The LAFCO Bus is a fully self sufficient, solar powered, hi-tech video and music
production studio on wheels. The LAFCO Bus is where we work; it is also an icon
and a symbol of our autonomy and our gypsy spirit.

- LAFCO exists so that those of us who don't fit the corporate mold can come
together and have a voice and an opportunity to make a living doing what we love.

-The LAFCO team makes original films and music as well as work for hire. We do
both with equal enthusiasm and professionalism, as we realize that neither is
possible without the other. Doing what we love gives us our unique style, and
applying that style to our paid work allows us to keep doing what we love.

- LAFCO does not have employees. We are not boxed in by rigid roles or
Definitions, and we¡¯d rather have people who create 24/7 than 9-5. We work on projects
we want to work on and we help bring work to each other. However, once we have
embarked on a project we assume the roles defined by that project and do everything
it takes to get the job done efficiently and professionally.

- The work that emerges from The LAFCO Bus is fresh and authentic and like
nothing you'll see anywhere else. This is the next generation of film and music
production.
